Founded in June 1998, Flat Group is a leading global producer of photovoltaic glass, integrating glass research and development, manufacturing, processing, and sales. The main products of the group cover four major fields: solar photovoltaic glass, high-quality float glass, energy-saving glass, and home glass, and involve the construction of solar photovoltaic power plants and quartzite mining. Through years of key core technology research and development and product iteration, a complete industrial chain has now been formed. The company was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in November 2015 and on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange in February 2019, becoming the first A+H dual listed company in Jiaxing City. Currently, the company's photovoltaic glass market share is about 30%. Flat actively lays out production bases in Jiaxing, Zhejiang, Chuzhou, Anhui, Nantong, Jiangsu, Vietnam and other places with a global perspective.
