On the afternoon of March 7, 2025, at the Qingchi Hot Spring Hotel in Jiaxing City, an industry event focusing on digital manufacturing and artificial intelligence was successfully concluded and kicked off. The "Digital Manufacturing, AI Leading the Way" Jiaxing CIO Summit, guided by the Zhejiang Digital Economy Federation and the Jiaxing Economic and Information Technology Bureau and hosted by the Jiaxing Chief Information Officer Alliance, was successfully held. It attracted representatives from relevant industry associations in Jiaxing, CIOs from various enterprises, and experts in the field to gather together. In the era of vigorous development of artificial intelligence, big data and large models, we should jointly explore new opportunities for enterprise development and empower the high-quality development of Jiaxing's digital economy through technological innovation.
峰会伊始，中国亚洲经济发展协会副会长、原嘉兴市副市长张志伟先生发表重要讲话。他指出，数字转型是实现制造业高质量发展的全新引擎，智能制造已成为全球经济发展竞争的焦点。数字化转型，特别是产业数字化，已成为社会发展的必然走向。推进数字化转型不仅是对人工智能系统、单一产品或服务的数字化，更需从战略高度和全局视角出发。政府和企业应秉持开放态度，拥抱数字化浪潮，以政策为引导，以应用场景为切入点，加速 AI 与实体经济的深度融合。张志伟会长还对嘉兴 CIO 联盟提出期望，鼓励联盟开拓思路、系统规划，为嘉兴企业提供更优质服务，助力企业在人工智能科技创新与产业发展上不断突破。
At the beginning of the summit, Mr. Zhang Zhiwei, Vice President of the China Asia Economic Development Association and former Vice Mayor of Jiaxing City, delivered an important speech. He pointed out that digital transformation is a brand-new engine for achieving high-quality development in the manufacturing industry, and intelligent manufacturing has become the focus of global economic development competition. Digital transformation, especially industrial digitalization, has become an inevitable trend of social development. Promoting digital transformation is not only about digitizing artificial intelligence systems, individual products or services, but also requires a strategic perspective and a holistic view.
