On the afternoon of June 6, 2025, under the guidance of Jiaxing Data Bureau and Jiaxing Economic and Information Technology Bureau, the International Data Management Association Greater China Jiaxing Training Base Completion Ceremony and Data Management and Data Asset Seminar, hosted by Jiaxing Chief Data Officer Alliance and Nanhu Data Industry Alliance, was successfully held in Jiaxing. Wu Guofei, Director of Jiaxing Data Bureau, systematically explained the progress and policy direction of Jiaxing data work in his speech. He emphasized that in the context of the accelerated promotion of data infrastructure system construction by the country and the implementation of the "Data Elements X" three-year action plan in Zhejiang Province, as a city in the core area of the Yangtze River Delta, Jiaxing urgently needs to overcome the "last mile" obstacle to the implementation of data management policies. The establishment of DAMA Jiaxing Training Base is a key lever for deepening the integration of policy standards and promoting the market-oriented construction of data elements.
嘉兴市经济与信息化局四级调研员沈林中聚焦“产业数据化与数据产业化”双轮驱动，解析了数据赋能实体经济的实践路径，详细列举了嘉兴市在数据要素应用、数据治理优化等方面对制造型企业产生的积极影响，以及政府为推进此项工作所制定并实施的一系列相关政策，为区域产业升级注入了强劲的新动能。
Shen Linzhong, a fourth level researcher at the Jiaxing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, focused on the dual wheel drive of "industrial dataization and data industrialization", analyzed the practical path of empowering the real economy with data, and detailed the positive impact of Jiaxing City on manufacturing enterprises in terms of data element application, data governance optimization, and a series of related policies formulated and implemented by the government to promote this work, injecting strong new momentum into regional industrial upgrading.
