嘉兴首席数据官联盟（以下简称“CDO联盟”）成立于2025年3月7日，在嘉兴市经济和信息化局和嘉兴市大数据发展管理局指导下，由企业单位、科研机构、行业协会等自愿发起的非营利性、专业化的社会组织，嘉兴数软信息技术有限公司是嘉兴首席数据官联盟运营主体，承担CDO联盟日常运营工作。
Jiaxing Chief Data Officer Alliance (hereinafter referred to as "CDO Alliance") was established on March 7, 2025. Under the guidance of Jiaxing Economic and Information Bureau and Jiaxing Big Data Development Administration, it is a non-profit and professional social organization voluntarily initiated by enterprise units, scientific research institutions, and industry associations. Jiaxing Digital Soft Information Technology Co., Ltd. is the operating entity of Jiaxing Chief Data Officer Alliance and undertakes the daily operation of the CDO alliance.
